I like everyone else has been having a ton of issues with the phone....? freezing, force closes, extremely slow, battery drain, slow internet etc.....

I called over the weekend and spoke to a Sprint agent.? We first did a soft reset, no change.? We were getting ready to do a hard reset, but during the process of trying to back-up my pictures etc., the phone would not communicate with my PC, could not install drivers.? I connected it to my laptop instead and it communicated.? The Sprint agent gave me hard reset instructions but got off of the phone because the back-up was taking forever.? Once it backed up on my laptop I connected it back to my PC and it worked, installed drivers. So I backed up to my PC as well.

From that point forward I have had no problems other than battery drain. I never did the hard reset. Something during the communication process with the computers fixed the problems.

But, the battery drain is still ridiculous!!

I unplugged my phone from the charger this morning at 7:00am - it is 12:20pm and I am at 47%
?
I have not used my phone yet. No texts no calls, wi-fi is off.. Just regular running email programs that have always been installed.? Before, my phone would last until bedtime with regular but modest use with wi-fi ALWAYS on.
?
What can be done about this?? Once I get past this barrier I will be ok.? (fingers crossed)
